Integração ecológica na valoração ambiental: proposta conceitual do Ativo Ecológico Integrado (AEI)

Resumo

A valoração ambiental permanece fragmentada entre métricas de carbono, ativos biológicos produtivos, contabilização de capital natural e créditos de biodiversidade, limitando a capacidade dos instrumentos atuais de representar a complexidade ecológica. Este artigo analisou criticamente esses quatro eixos por meio de uma revisão integrativa, estruturada pela estratégia SALSA, com o objetivo de identificar convergências, lacunas e potenciais de integração conceitual. Os resultados evidenciam que tais instrumentos operam de forma isolada e não capturam simultaneamente carbono, biodiversidade, integridade ecológica, serviços ecossistêmicos e risco socioambiental. Com base nessa síntese, propõe-se o Ativo Ecológico Integrado (AEI), uma unidade multimétrica capaz de articular essas dimensões em um mesmo arranjo de valoração. Conclui-se que o AEI oferece uma estrutura promissora para alinhar políticas públicas, mercados ambientais e práticas corporativas a metas de conservação e desenvolvimento sustentável.
