A REINSERÇÃO SOCIAL COMO UM RESGATE DA CIDADANIA ÀS PESSOAS PRIVADAS DE LIBERDADE

O presente trabalho aborda a temática da reinserção social de indivíduos em regimes aberto e semiaberto, explorando os desafios e oportunidades desse processo. Ao examinar a interseção entre fatores individuais e sociais, o estudo destaca a importância do emprego e da educação na transformação positiva desses indivíduos. A análise dos resultados e discussões ressalta a relevância da justiça restaurativa e sua contribuição para a coesão social. A conclusão enfatiza a complexidade do processo de reinserção e a necessidade de abordagens holísticas, considerando fatores contextuais e sociais. Este trabalho busca contribuir para a compreensão da reinserção social como um resgate da cidadania, promovendo a construção de identidades positivas e a participação ativa na sociedade.
